   Most certainly!!!

   We would have ended up with just a benign, gentle breeze, and President Madison could have gathered enough tax revenue to re-paint the White House!!!

   I am starting to think that we may be forced to accept a carbon tax. Otherwise, NASA will continue cooling the past until all of our ancestors have been killed by the global freezing. How can we survive today if NASA kills all of our predecessors of 200 years ago?
