You would think that with all the money they spent, they could have at least given us a warm winter. After 17 years of no warming, that works out to 0.0 degrees per billion dollars.

You have just given us evidence about how effective the anti-global warming measures have been. Imagine how hot it would have been if we did not spend that money?
Urri Geller can bend spoons with his mind. What this graph shows is that if 8 billion people collectively thinks about global warming, the Geller effect kicks in, and the warming has been averted.
Think of the unemployment rate if all those global warming fighters had to go out in the market and find honest work?
You’ve just captured the government side. How about trying to capture the cost to business, industry and the public from trying to comply with all the regulations. 3 to 4 times that cost?
