Kerry Swiftboated By Hamas

Fifty years ago Barack Obama’s choice for Secretary of State trusted the Viet Cong, and now trusts Hamas. A real American patriot, and a real genius.

The Swiftboaters who came out against Kerry were honorable men who simply told the truth. It pains me to see right thinking people using ridiculous leftist propagandistic nomenclature.

    • Justa Joe says:

Swiftboating is when the your boys expose you for being a rat and a phony. That’s what it means to me and probably many others.

      • Chip Bennett says:

The Left have well-and-truly Alinsky-ed the term “Swiftboat”. For most, it means levying false accusations against someone – when in reality, everything the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth said about Kerry was 100% true.

        • Frank says:

The “Swift-Boaters” are heroes and they deserve this country’s undying gratitude for saving it from a Kerry Presidency. Look at the damage he has done in only a few months as head of the State Department. Now imagine 4 years as President!

It’s even worse. Kerry was a malingerer in Vietnam. He whined and pleaded to get his hangnail and stubbed toe converted to a purple heart while his fellow soldiers sufferred real injuries. He bailed out of what he thought was going to be a cushy job once he was faced with the reality of war. Then for reasons that cannot be understood by normal Americans he aligned himself with communist backed anti-war groups and told elaborate lies about other soldiers and things he claimed to have seen. I spent the entire period of the vietnam war in the military and it was common for other soldiers to claim they actually saw something when they recounted their stories of horror but in most cases the soldiers who did experience the horrors of war kept their views to themselves and the ones running their mouths were poseurs and wannabes. That is exactly what Kerry was and he had no guilt in slandering fellow soldiers to make himself seem important. Today, all these years removed from events and demonstrations that kerry was involved in it is impossible for him to have remained naive. He has to know that he was a classic “useful idiot” for communist provocateurs and propagandist. He has to know he did his country a great disservice. His shame should be so overwhelming that he would be unable to act the fool he continues to act. I can only conclude that he does indeed know this and must have known it back in the 60’s and 70’s when he was doing the KGB’s bidding and he is OK with it. Treason is not too strong a word for what Kerry and others like him have done. He should have been jailed and not elected to public office.

The reason that he became anti-war is simple. Political expedience. He came back from Vietnam expecting to be a hero and found out that the war was becoming more and more unpopular and that it was politically advantageous for him to betray the military and his former comrades. I am sure that in his mind he rationalizes this as a call to conscience but I view him as a craven political opportunist of the highest order.

    • Kerry joined and led a US-based communist organization, VVAW (Vietnam Veterans Against the War). As part of this, and while under FBI surveillance, the group plotted to kill 50 Republican senators with machine guns. Kerry got cold feet, and ultimately voted against the plan — then much later backdated his resignation notice to make it seem that he’d left the organization before the mass-assassination plan was discussed.

Later, as a junior Senator, Kerry would run off to Central America to meet with his buddy, the communist dictator of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega. He and Harkin, who traveled with him, remain to this day the only US senators to have been officially censured for treating with the enemy.

Here’s how one writer described that affair:

Just mention Nicaragua or Daniel Ortega and people’s eyes glaze over. He was a worse butcher than Saddam — and twice as dangerous, potentially — and Ronald Reagan knew it. Kerry accused Reagan of getting us into another Vietnam (he trotsky’s that line out every time the Boy Scouts hold a jamboree) but he was wrong. No one wants to talk about it but Kerry and Harkin violated the Constitutional separation of powers (an impeachable offense), broke several international laws, gave a Marxist dictator the locations of US advisory teams (those teams soon disappeared) and returned from Managua with a “gentleman’s agreement” with Ortega saying the US would get out of Central America, keep hand’s-off the Sandanistas, let Ortega have the Atlantic Coast tribals and the Contradora if only he would stop taking Soviet military aide (“humanitarian aide” was fine) — the same night they left he flew to Moscow to pick up an “aide” cheque for $200million from the Kremlin and a promise for more small arms, Hind helicopters and MiG fighters.

My father was a Vietnam veteran, and personally knew inmates of the Hanoi Hilton who suffered greatly because of the likes of Kerry and Hanoi Jane. Amazing how this kind of scum can have a lifelong career in politics.

    • mjc says:

In college, one of my best friends, who spent about 12 yrs as truck driver before going after a degree, was one of those who did experience the ‘true horrors’ of Viet Nam. He never talked about it, unless he was so drunk that passing out was a sip away, and if he did, it was gut wrenching to hear.

And this friend has nothing nice to say, at all, about Kerry…or Jane or any of that lot.

  3. Okie says:

Kerry “served” in Vietnam for only four months and managed to write himself up for 3 Purple Hearts, 1 Bronze Star and 1 Silver Star. All that writing must have worn him out, but he managed to recover in time to slander much better men than himself before Congress.

  4. _Jim says:

That man (Kerry) can’t be swift-boated down-stream far enough (or fast enough) to suit me ….

When I hear Kerry speak, this Biblical verse (Matthew 23:27) comes to mind:

“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.”

    .

  5. _Jim says:

Or from the King James Bible version, mentioning the infamous “whited sepulchres”:

“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.”

  6. EW3 says:

Served with riverine forces in the same general area that Kerry did (west coast river, Song Ong Doc) during April 71, which is when he gave his testimony to congress.
Don’t appreciate the reference to Jengis Kohn. Fortunately we never heard about it at the time.

  7. Anthony S says:

Curiously enough, both the VC and Hamas use tunnel warfare.

  8. Justa Joe says:

BHO didn’t pick Kerry. Teresa Heinz-Kerry picked John Kerry for BHO. BHO is a good boy and does what Mama Says.
