President Obama has inferred that this is normal and ACCEPTABLE black male behavior in America. Read his lips! Our president is blind to this behavior causing people to “lock their car doors” when young black males in groups of three or more swagger and strut down the street.

Gun control extremists liken having a handgun to giving the village idiot nuclear weapons. Our president authorizes nuclear launch. Gun control nuts take heed: you most likely voted to give the village idiot the keys to the nuclear arsenal of America. Good news–it isn’t Joe Biden!

    • Emanuelle Goldstein says:

The son of a co-worker got nabbed for having a gun in his High School locker. It was hilarious and disheartening to hear the mother and the rest of the Sistahs make excuses for the kid’s behavior. I heard every excuse from “he needed a gun to protect himself from the school resource officer (i.e. cop)” to “his baby-daddy doesn’t want to see him.” Poor thing shouldn’t be punished because it’s always someone else’s fault. And, looting stores and redistributing my income are the answers. Who created these monsters?

      • Paul in Sweden says:

If you leave your yard gate unsecured & your dog gets out and a danger is perceived you can be prosecuted. Why are the breeders of juvenile delinquents not regularly and severely prosecuted?

      • philjourdan says:

My “baby daddy” took me to a bar when I was 5 years old. That was the last I saw him until I was 15, and then just briefly.

But I have never punched out a Cop or hid a gun in a locker.

Apparently the lad was like Shrek on Shrooms with a twist of crack in his blunt.
What would most people do with Shrek unhinged charging them?

    • Eric Simpson says:

Lol on that! But that’s the way it must have looked to the officer. And imagine getting off 4 shots or so and The Shrek just keeps coming. You start to think that you might be in the Twilight Zone.

  3. Paul in Sweden says:

That 6’4″ 292lb violent criminal Michael Brown(aka ‘Big Mike’ to his victims and criminal associates) was assaulting THE UNARMED EMPLOYEES of the convenience store for cigars to make blunts and smoke some Marijuana so that he could walk straight down the middle of the street with his criminal associates before he brutally assaulted a police officer and tried to take the officers firearm.

Trayvon is the one that had the Skittles & Iced tea and would probably have snatched the codeine cough syrup from his father’s GF to make that Purple Dank that he raved about on Twitter and Facebook. It was unfortunate that Trayvon was on suspension from school again after being caught with drug paraphernalia, burglar tools and the loot from 13 separate burglaries from his school’s neighborhood.

Trayvon Martin’s purchase of Skittles and Arizona Watermelon Fruit Cocktail Juice on the night he died were just to satisfy a young man’s sweet tooth or were they two of the three ingredients in a dangerous codeine-based concoction, as reported by the pop culture news portal RashManly on July 12, 2013.

It is unfortunate the Community organizers were not picketing & protesting in front of the home of the parents of the 6’4″ 292lb violent criminal Michael Brown(aka ‘Big Mike’ to his victims and criminal associates) in the months prior to the vicious assault on the Ferguson police officer. The ‘Good Members’ of the high crime Ferguson community know who the Gang Members and Criminal are and where they live. Until the ‘Good Members’ of the community stop calling the Drug Dealers and Gang Members, Dad, Mom, Sis, Brother, Uncle and neighbor and start just calling them CONVICT Ferguson is going to continue to be a high crime community.

  4. Eric Simpson says:

Brown was already acting INSANE before the interaction with the SANE cop.

Here we have a 6? 4? 290 pound African American that only 10 minutes before had robbed a convenience with just his bare hands. And to risk prison for the petty merchandise he garnered from his brazen robbery was.. nuts. But after the robbery, when any sane person would know that the cops would be looking for the perpetrator, instead of trying to hide himself away, he was parading down the middle of a busy street like he was in some kind of lala land. That was crazy. The kid was crazy. Probably manic or on drugs or both. This massive nut is what the cop was up against.

And the cop? Described as low-key with an exemplary record. A male friend of the Ferguson cop Darren Wilson said on Tuesday that he played hockey with him for years and had never once seen him get into a fight. Sure, it conceivably that the the cop just shot Brown when Brown had his hands up and was on his knees… shot him six times. Yeah, like the decorated cop wouldn’t even be thinking about his future as a cop and a free man. There’s no indication of such erratic behavior in the cop’s past. Anything is possible, but that is *highly* unlikely. But look at Sharpton and Jackson and the rest holding to that crazy theory that the cop went insane, when it was obvious that Brown was already acting insane.

  5. There is a bright side to all this. It gave many of the good citizens of Ferguson a valid reason to loot flat screen TV’s, many of them with surround sound. So it worked out well for Ferguson.

  6. philjourdan says:

I do not like the Deadskins, but support their use of the name. But they are still idiots. Especially after Monday night.

    • Paul in Sweden says:

Redskins show support for a Stoned out 6’4″ 292lb out of control man that believed he could walk over everybody else without repercussions. No surprise!

  7. daveandrews723 says:

The mainstream media doesn’t seem to be picking up this report about the officer’s fractured eye socket. Is it verified yet?

  9. daveandrews723 says:

Fox News has just reported, for the first time, about this unconfirmed report about the broken bones in the officer’s face. Fox says authorites refuse to confirm or deny the report. Fox is the only news outlet I have seen so far that has mentioned the “Gateway Pundit” report.

  10. Well if Bush hadn’t wrecked the economy none of this would have ever happened 😉

    • au1corsair says:

Don’t you mean Abe Lincoln? Only Republicans are “responsible.”

    • Ed Martin says:

Both parties are working together on the dollar destruction. If you think things are bad now, just wait a couple of decades. You better move over here with me and get to know the neighbors. So we can defend ourselves from the crime waves coming out of the big cities.

How many of you out there have played football (American football) or participated in the sport of wrestling? A football charge lowers the torso and the head is tucked down–far enough so that a person who is six foot four inches might be shot in the top of the head by a shorter person. Lowering the center of gravity is important for leverage in both football and wrestling.

I lack verifiable facts about the Ferguson–but I know a bit about different sports and martial arts. I lost the link, but a person asked “why didn’t Officer Wilson just shoot Big Mike Brown in the leg?”

Answer one: firearms are deadly force (a degree of force that a reasonable person would believe would cause death or grave bodily harm)–shoot someone in the leg and sever the femoral artery and they die. Shoot someone in the leg and shatter the knee joint and they’re maimed for life. Shooting someone is deadly force.

Answer two: shooting someone in the leg may not be enough to stop them (aside from the issue of using deadly force when it wasn’t justified) and Big Mike had at least four gunshot injuries to his right arm before receiving fatal head injuries and falling dead just three feet from Officer Wilson.

Answer three: a heart shot–a bullet that destroys the heart–won’t immediately shut down an attack every time. Multiple humans have been shot in the heart and managed to kill the person who shot them–one of them was a law enforcement officer who recovered and returned to duty. Ever decapitate chickens? They flop around headless for a minute or more.

Answer four: depending upon department, the law enforcer may be restricted to non-expanding full jacketed bullets. I don’t know if the Missouri police are restricted (lack of facts). Generally, agencies using full metal jacketed projectiles must hit their target several times before it stops illegal assaultive and life-threatening actions.

Don’t believe a big man can kill with bare hands? The 2012 FBI report on the 47 law enforcers killed in the line of duty reported one officer fatality from “personal weapons” (hands and feet):
    http://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/fbi-releases-2012-preliminary-statistics-for-law-enforcement-officers-killed-in-the-line-of-duty

The report that Officer Wilson suffered a skull fracture hasn’t been carried by mainstream news media. Skull fractures almost always include concussion damage, too.

    • “… why didn’t Officer Wilson just shoot Big Mike Brown in the leg?”

I remember the same asinine comment at one of the websites (among several others blaming the police).

Hitting a leg? Only someone who never shot a handgun but saw actors pretending to do so in movies could ask that. Most police officers with typical amount of training, calm, uninjured and not rushed, at typical training distances, with a stationary target at a range would likely miss a leg.

And that’s of course if they disregarded your reasons 1 through 4 and tried in the first place.

      • au1corsair says:

I forgot about Colorado Wellington’s point: police train to shoot center of seen mass and aim to hit a big piece of meat because training budgets don’t allow them to spend eight hours and 500 rounds per week on the pistol range honing their skills. Police work isn’t gunfighting–sometimes police must shoot, but even elite hostage rescue teams don’t engage arms and legs in dynamic situations. You may hear of the odd head shot on a STATIONARY target and there was this exceptional shot of a suicide:
        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHvWaviIXsk

These are exceptions! And they are almost always done with precision rifles by trained marksmen who fire more rounds through their rifle each MONTH than the average street cop fires in a year for training and qualification. There are also other considerations: the area behind the target when the bullet penetrates fully, people next to the target (because high velocity rifle bullets have an explosive effect on flesh, bone and objects like handguns)…

Police want live suspects and evidence–dead people are a headache. Sometimes the suspects don’t cooperate.

        • geran says:

As to the fact that not all police are excellent shots, this link describes an gunfight between a drugged-up shooter and an officer. The officer fired 11 rounds, missing each time.

        • au1corsair says:

For what it’s worth, even when the law enforcement officer is an excellent shot, gunfight dynamics may make police gunfire ineffective: http://www.policeone.com/patrol-issues/articles/6199620-Why-one-cop-carries-145-rounds-of-ammo-on-the-job/

        • Gamecock says:

Indeed. The shots in the perp’s right arm, to the officer’s left, indicate he was yanking the trigger. Evidence that he was under extreme stress.

(Assuming the officer is right handed.)

        • philjourdan says:

Sorry Gamecock for basically repeating your post.

        • Gamecock says:

You are fine, phil. I take it as validation.

        • rah says:

When a police officer pulls his firearm it is supposed to be to protect himself or others in the public. It is the the potential of lethal force to counteract a potentially lethal threat. All in all I will always give the officer the benefit of the doubt until facts are presented that counter his/her report of what happened. And we don’t have those facts yet. This crap is just another data point that proves that while a person may be smart, people are dumb dangerous animals.

And the gun control types? Where are they as the innocent have their lively hoods destroyed? We have that idiot from CNN, Don Lemon, claiming that he went into a gun store in Colorado and bought an AR-15 in 30 minutes. Then demonstrates he does know the difference between an automatic and semi-automatic weapon. But “feels” that his AR-15 is an automatic weapon. The guy claims he bought a firearm who’s operation he does not understand? By his definition of “automatic” any double action revolver would be one.

      • philjourdan says:

I think the multiple shots to his arm is evidence of your statement. He was not aiming for Brown’s arm.

        • au1corsair says:

I have studied the history of gunshot injuries in military combat–lots of leg shots due to the mass bum rush of a bayonet charge up through the 1950’s and the use of machine guns and grazing fire. But that was area fire–the machine guns were not AIMED at individual soldiers; instead the machine guns polluted an area with flying lead. If I’m too deep in geek speak, okay.

My force-on-force combat training differed significantly from marksmanship training. I can only superficially cover the subject, but when hit indicators (MILES gear, paint ball, air soft) on live Opposing Forces soldiers that shot back or shot first came into the training ranges, the psychological reactions approximated real-world shoot-outs. New electronic shooting galleries used by military and police add in real-world role playing and other factors detracting from precision marksmanship.

Add in the fact that police are NOT authorized to gun down someone for wearing gang colors. In military Rules of Engagement, the second line is usually something like “upon announcement of hostilities, engage enemy forces when encountered.” The first line in American ROE is usually “nothing in these ROE preclude inherent right of self defense for individual and unit.” http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/library/policy/army/fm/100-23/fm100_10.htm

MILITARY FORCES KILL PEOPLE FOR WEARING THE WRONG CLOTHING. Don’t forget that difference. Police are far more straight-jacketed in their use of force.

Pick up a copy of Marc MacYoung’s “In the Name of Self Defense” for a more coherent and complete discussion of what violence looks like.
          http://www.nononsenseselfdefense.com/

Police work isn’t gun fighting, and police are seldom gun fighters. When they are, police frequently are REACTING to illegal use of force by others. This puts them behind the Eight Ball in many ways–such as being trapped in their patrol cars while someone claws for their holstered sidearm.

  12. Paul in Sweden says:

HERE ARE THE FACTS, ALL OF THEM LISTEN/WATCH VIDEO. -PAUL | Ferguson, Missouri has been engulfed in rioting and looting following the death of 18-year-old black teenager Michael Brown. Officer Darren Wilson, a white policeman, shot and killed Brown on the streets of Ferguson – a tragic incident that became the catalyst for a wave of civil unrest in the local community.Brown died shortly after robbing a convenience store with his friend Dorian Johnson. This information wasn’t confirmed until Johnson’s attorney, Freeman Bosley, admitted that his client took part in the crime. What happened? Who is responsible? What is the truth about Michael Brown and the Ferguson Riots?

  13. John B., M.D. says:

Now it is widely reported that there was no orbital fracture.

Trying this case in the media is disgusting. The race-baiters are self-aggrandizing and solving nothing. The Ferguson Police Chief is an idiot. Gov. Nixon is irresponsible for calling for the officer’s “prosecution” without knowing the facts the grand jury is hearing. The looters are destroying businesses and jobs, and I predict in 10 years Ferguson will look like Detroit.

On Fox tonight, Dr. Alveda King disagreed with the lynch mob mentality and “no justice, no peace” mantra. She related when her home was firebombed twice in one night in 1963. She prefers, “know peace, know justice.”
