The Improving Climate Of The Northeastern US

Short memory is the key to maintaining climate alarm. The climate of the Northeast US has gotten much better over time. Prior to 1970, they were in drought most of the time. Droughts are rare there now.

The frequency of hot days in the Northeast has also declined considerably since the 1930’s. One notable exception was the very hot summer of 1988, when NASA’s James Hansen gave his 100% clueless testimony to Congress, and unleashed decades of mass stupidity on politicians and the press.

I had to get to this site by going through Real Science. Otherwise I got review pages or Realclearscience. Am I doing something wrong to get you?

I’m not much of a black helicopter guy but i think search engines can’t ‘remember’ climate skeptic sites.
Do one search on any other topic and all advertisement goes to that. So I clear my history; search ‘Lamborghini Dealership’ and voila… cool cars on every page i visit.

You can be sure that it does not matter to the alarmists. One little CAT I hurricane to hit a populated NE coast (ala Sandy if was in fact even a hurricane when it came ashore) and they have all the material they need for the next five years to keep the cretins that believe their BS buzzing.

And according to the most recent forecasts it is looking more likely that the SSTs in that area will be conducive to sustaining any tropical storm that may track that way by the 2nd half of the season.

Haven’t been that way in a few weeks. Spent my week working in Wisconsin and then on two runs to Pittsburgh, PA. The east bound side of the Ft. Pitt tunnel was closed at night for work and the cross dock we deliver to is very busy resulting in a lot more time and work than normal to do what a driver has to do and thus I got the call to do it. That is my job. A kind of pooper scooper scooping up the crap that other drives won’t or can’t do.

They do pick the damndest times to call me. Sunday they called for me to go to Wisconsin when I was in the middle of mowing my acre. Then Tuesday they called for me to leave for Pittsburgh just as I was stepping up to the polling machine to vote in the Indiana primary. Both times I had time to just get a shower and fill my thermoses before heading out the door. My neighbor had my back and got my lawn finished on Tuesday after it was finally dry enough for the first time since Sunday.
