So – no posts about the Greenland SMB this year? Why is that? Hush – I think I hear someone whisper ‘record melt day…’

So – no posts about the Greenland SMB this year? Why is that? Hush – I think I hear someone whisper ‘record melt day…’
Your post implies that Greenland has never had a record melt day before. It’s only since the beginning of the satellite era that such events like this one and the one a few years ago have been documented. We are shown photos and videos of streams that look like “Windex©” on Greenland’s surface disappearing down moulins and it’s implied that this is something new under the sun.
So hop into your Mark IV time machine and demonstrate to us heathen deniers that indeed events like this one as far back in time as your Mark IV can go have never occurred.
Well you can’t and there’s no reason to believe that those blue rivulets and moulins haven’t been occurring right along. Except that your side of the debate wants to imply that they haven’t.
“What can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.”
Nope! Just your delusions once again. Seek help you genocidal hater of poor brown people.
Another dishonest comment *) from a confused, allegedly male individual who pretends to be Ms Griff.
———
*) it can hardly be called a response because it has nothing to do with the subject; it’s only purpose is to deflect from the actual content of Tony’s post
-9 at the summit station Griff … really burning up in Greenland. https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1ASUT_enCA665CA665&lei=v6ALXbqaGrPk9AOX95aoCg&q=summit%20station%20greenland%20weather&ved=2ahUKEwio3_TsqvjiAhXQvJ4KHc3xDzAQsKwBKAB6BAgCEAE&biw=1366&bih=625
Check out Greenland temperatures at this site https://maps.darksky.net/@temperature,54.265,-93.867,4
About 80 % of Greenland is experiencing 24 hours a day of sunlight at this time of year and so this is the peak of the warm period and in two days the descent into winter and 24 hours a days of darkness begins.
Compare and contrast the amount of melt from the Laurentide Ice Sheet with that “record” melt.

I assume that because I post lots of comments on websites that allow comments and also don’t like what I have to say – in a nutshell “CO2 is not a Problem” that I am tagged as spam and that’s why my posts are blocked on Tony’s site.
OK my post only took a half hour to appear. This didn’t used to happen.
Most comments here go through an agonizingly slow process of posting. Not sure when this started or why, but it is damned annoying. I am now having issues posting pictures, even though they appear to be small enough files. More annoying, the comments that go with those pictures are also not posting. This site was much more comment friendly in the past, and whatever “upgrade” was applied sucks.
Just for fun, wrote this at 4:48 AM Pacific.
Just as bad over at WattsUpWithThat
Snow will fall on Sunday on the mountains at about 10,000′ and higher and accumulation could be significant.
I noticed that too. High temps on the weekend in the 60’s @ 5-6,000′.
How can you post something at 4:48 PM Pacific and then it appears at 12:49 PM? That’s over 8 hours in purgatory, somewhere.
I think tony’s site is on Greenwich Mean Time / GMT
greenwich mean time will do that.
All trolls are idiots, but a couple that frequent this site reside at the bottom of the troll barrel.
It looks impressive. I really want to know where is the best place to live in Colorado now.
