For some reason, the link is not opening. What program is required?
The best program for netcdf files is ncview, though generally not available on Windows. If you have a Ubuntu Linux system, you can get it by
sudo apt-get install ncview
Have a look here for Windows program to open this .nc CAD file.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but if that’s the right graph it shows over 30 years of gentle cooling (pre-1980 to post 2010), rather than “only” 20. If you’ve got it, flaunt it!
