The best program for netcdf files is ncview, though generally not available on Windows. If you have a Ubuntu Linux system, you can get it by
sudo apt-get install ncview

Correct me if I’m wrong, but if that’s the right graph it shows over 30 years of gentle cooling (pre-1980 to post 2010), rather than “only” 20. If you’ve got it, flaunt it!
