Second Coldest April 10 In Fort Collins History

I think you mean the second least hot.
Here in Cheyenne, we broke the record by a degree (6 vs old record of 7).
Don’t know what the record low for a high is but our high was 12 yesterday, 9 April.
I know Rawlings, WY broke their record low high by 14 degrees and Laramie by 10 degrees. Scottsbluff and Alliance, NE by 8 degrees. To break records by such a wide margin is very unusual.
