This story does not compute– thieves moved 20,000 gallons by garden hose? 20 GPM is pretty healthy flow from a garden hose. At that rate, 20,000 gallons would take 16 hours- Next, where can one find a 20,000 gallon tank truck? Finally, 20,000 gallons of water would weigh 167,000 pounds, (Plus thousands of pounds for the tanker trailer itself)
The same damn liberal progressive policies that saved the delta smelt fish caused this too.
