Obamacare Delay Update

Last month Republicans sent a budget to the president, which delayed Obamacare for a year. Obama called them terrorists, arsonists, extortionists and traitors, and then chose to shut the government down rather than sign the budget and legally delay Obamacare.

One month later, Obama plans to illegally delay Obamacare by a year – in violation of his own law.

The Obama administration is reportedly planning to push back the start of next year’s open enrollment period for Americans to sign up for coverage under the new health care law until after the 2014 midterm elections.

Last week Darden Inc (restaurants = Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn Steak House) dropped their Health insurance plans for most workers (waiters, kitchen staff) and cut hours back below 20 hours/week. Welcome to Obamacare! Double the whammy: less pay, no insurance.

I have been contemplating employment in the U.S. in future years. I can see non-professionals working two part-time jobs of 29 hours each. “Change we can believe in.”

For years on blogs, I have claimed that ACA is Ermächtigungsgesetz, an enabling act giving dictatorial power over health care to the Executive Branch/President. I consider this more validation. The President and Democrats BELIEVE they have dictatorial power over health care. With no one to stop them, they do. Sieg Heil, Obama.

It is established that the IRS worked to prevent conservative political action groups from receiving proper legal status. Now the same IRS is given the power to regulate health care. What should a rational person expect to see?
