   Rush in this video does a good job explaining why with Obamacare the quality of our health care is going to be seriously downgraded, here the text version of the video, an excerpt:

   Obamacare exchange plans exclude the top-drawer academic hospitals like Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles, the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and New York Presbyterian in New York City. Instead, the law says exchange plans must cover care at ‘essential community providers … that serve predominantly low-income, medically underserved individuals. That’s from the law itself. That means clinics, public hospitals and hospitals largely serving the Medicaid community is where the majority of exchange plans will work… Yet the president claims that people losing their health plans and having to sign up on the exchanges will be getting a better deal, and he is. That’s what Jay Carney was trying to say yesterday, as they continue to lie about this law. It’s just astounding. They are compounding their one lie with another.

     Just like Cuba.

Many of these admirers — among the more notable of whom is the filmmaker Michael Moore — form their impressions of the Cuban health care system from its tourist hospitals, which are, by any standards, clean, well staffed, and of excellent quality. Indeed Cuba, in an effort to attract wealthy foreign tourists who might be willing to spend their money on health care services, has pioneered the practice of so-called “health tourism” through agencies such as Servimed, which markets Cuban medical services abroad. Calling Cuba “the ideal destination for your health,” Servimed frankly admits to being “a tourist subsystem.”

     But after providing for the needs of affluent tourists (and of the country’s top government officials), the Cuban health care system has little left for the general public. Hospitals for ordinary Cubans possess a dearth of even the most basic medicines and medical equipment. They have virtually no access to antibiotics, insulin, heart drugs, sphygmomanometers to measure blood pressure, sterile gloves, clean water, syringes, soap, or disinfectants.”

       Yes, I think the libs fashioned Obamacare on the Cuban model. And this isn’t Cuba related, but my hotair comment with the Soylent Green video added here:

       Rush explains that whether it’s a “Gold” or a “Rusted Iron” Obamacare plan, you will not keep your good doctors, but will use the same doctors and hospitals that are used for Medicaid, and the same compensation given for Medicaid will be given for these supposed “superior” Obamacare plans. Obama continues to lie. The “substandard” canceled plans were, with few exceptions, superior to any Obamacare exchange plans.

       Obamacare exchanges offers a Medicaid contract! Kind of reminds me of Soylent Green where Charlton Heston is tyring to voice what he found out: “You got to let the people know: soylent green is the people!” (Video below!)

       The most scary thing is that, yes, employers will in due time be dropping employee health coverage for millions and offering a token amount of $ to their employees so that they can find “good” coverage on the Obamacare exchanges. Eventually most of us will be forced on to the Obamacare exchanges, as the individual market will no longer exist.
