I have already had two flights cancelled this week due to weather, and am in danger of a third one tomorrow.
Government climate experts say that snow in the south is due to increased humidity.
English children were told they would never experience snow and we now we know why.
You stole their snow.
I remember this scenario from “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer”, from way back in 1965. So nothing has changed in climate in all that time, and all the climate scientists of the last 50 years have been worthless. I knew it.
-21 C in the great white north this morning … GLO-BULL warming my cold, frozen canuck ass!! Reggie if you are reading this please aim your blow thingy my way 😉
Only thin, rotten, decayed, slushy sea ice could possibly form at these temperatures!
Steve, can you let a few of the nutters back in? They were so amusing! 🙂
i thought the southwest was in a permanent drought phase?
Whoah! One of the things I get from reading your blog is a growing list of useful weather and climate sites. Thanks for that.
Thanks for the precipitation you Canucks. Some of you brought it with you when you decided to winter here in Yuma, AZ. The only problem is its rain. I want snow for Christmas. It happened once before, although that was in Dec., 1932. Imagine snow at the Mexican border in southwest Arizona. I should go find one of the t-shirts that say “Ski Telegraph Pass.” You have to see the place to see what a joke that is.
Jim and Bev hiked through Telegraph Pass last year –

There also is a good chance for a rare November ice storm deep into Texas.
