One crazy thing is doesn’t this mean Obamacare can be repealed with just a simple majority in both houses, (plus the Presidency)? They passed it with only a simple majority to begin with so the same sort of gimmick should now be possible to repeal it if all it takes is a simple majority.

Applies to judicial nominees, other than the SCOTUS. Filibusters have not been done away with for other matters.
Nothing other than history and tradition has kept the majority from imposing its will. Now that this has been done away with, there is nothing preventing this from being applied to anything the senate does.
