   The first was Joseph Goebbels of the Nazi regime. The second one could be a number of the Obama administration members or some of the uninformed media types.

     This is a something of a trick post, patterned after this one a little earlier. I’m not sure, but I think we’re supposed to conclude that the second one–Jeff Masters–is the reincarnation of the first, Goebbels. In that case, the answer to the bonus question is “yes, he does”.
