In 2007, the IPCC told us that declining spring snow cover was a sure sign of global warming.

  2. Interestingly, they are making the same claim in the 2013 AR5 report.
    “There is very high confidence that the extent of Northern Hemisphere snow cover has decreased since the mid-20th century”

    To make this lie, they have cherry-picked start date and choice of months.
