In other words, Obama’s record low approval ratings tell him that the American people want him to subvert the Constitution and refuse to work with their elected representatives.
With his current track record of ignoring the Constitution and laws (even the Constitutional ones) and leadership performance coming in at bathymetric levels (my Cub Scout Den Mother was easily 1,000 times better leader) as an American I would prefer that he stayed on the golf course and left us alone until his replacement is sworn in.

Tony, you are 100% correct that we have a President determined to ignore the Constitution. What is worse is that all the institutions (every one of them) that have any power to stop him are letting him get away with it. All those other groups who have the job of restraining the President (including the majority of We The People), all see (or think they see!) some way of benefiting from allowing the Constitution to be effectively nullified. Everyone thinks that the best way to get honey from the pot is to break the pot.
The only good news in all this — and it really is good news — is that the American people will at some point realize how terribly they have screwed up and there will be a swing back to freedom. I doubt that it will be under the Constitution, and it may take another generation or two, but the basic ideas of the Founding Fathers are too good to ignore forever.

I love your line…”and refuse to work with their representatives” as it implies that their noble representatives want to work. Congressional approval is much lower than the president’s, 14% is the most recent figure. People are more angry about nothing getting done, and the congress (Republicans in particular who control the House) doing nothing.
The American people are not as angry (as activist Republicans and tea partiers are) about ‘executive orders’ as they are about the total gridlock in congress. The best thing the president should do is counter-sue the congress for refusing to do their job.

So called gridlock is a good thing if it prevents bad things (i.e. socialism) from proceeding. What you call “gridlock” is what every non-socialist calls checks and balances.
The next guy that robs a bank if apprehended should say that he had to take personal action because the bank’s loan approval commitee wasn’t doing anything.
Gridlock is preferred. If they all stayed home, the country would be better off instead of coming up with onerous laws and rules to placate some fringe group such as fanatical enviros. The system was designed to rein-in those just like the current prez. The vast majority of world history is one of tyranny, which the Founders knew would happen without controlling power by separating it.

Stacks of bills are sitting idle because the Senate refuses to give them the light of day. It not they are do-nothing, they don’t do what Obama wants. He refuses to even talk with them preferring to act king-like, expecting his bidding to be done.

Republicans doing nothing? They passed 32 jobs bills in the last congress. None advanced beyond the senate. Your problem is one of facts. As in you have none.
You can accuse the republicans of many things. But the people actually are blaming the senate, and now the president. It is hard to argue with a score of 32-0. Even in politics.

The other day I was talking to a lady who had recently moved to the states. Her son was tested to determine what grade he should enter. He tested at the 11th grade level yet he was a normal boy with only a FOURTH GRADE EDUCATION in his home country!
Great example of MSM Bias… when Bush was in Office we had the daily death count from the War and were updated daily as Bush’s approval ratings fell…
With this President… his approval ratings have fallen .. yet we see little coverage… the death count updates stopped the day he was elected…
