Wisconsin had their coldest January-July on record by a wide margin, but the fraudsters experts at NCDC pushed them to the #5 spot.
Note that NCDC ranked them at #5 for the period
NCDC accomplished this using a spectacular hockey stick of adjustments to cool the past.
The frequency of 90 degree days in Wisconsin has dropped by two-thirds over the past 120 years
Your graph is for the Oct.-July time period (10 months) while the map is for only 7 months (Jan-July).
There are 3 graphs einstein. And one color chart. All are labeled Jan-July, except the last which clearly states “Year”.
So share your source where you claim he mislabeled his graph when it really is Oct-July.
strawman
Strawman? I guess not when Steve needed to correct it.
I corrected them, thanks.
It would not be so bad if their fraud actually made a difference in real temperatures. But I hate freezing to death in 80 degree weather.
Try freezing in 54 degree weather in August in the south (mid NC). I came down here to get away from frozen feet!
As I type, it is going on noon and it still hasn’t hit 66F, here in mostly sunny WV (big change over the past few days of wet to very wet and all cloudy, all the time).
Actually, I love it! That is the perfect temperature for bare footin!
Thanks, Steve. My suspicions have been confirmed.
That you are clueless? The graphs remain the same. The labels were changed to reflect the time period.
Yes, pesky.
I suspect we could say the same about you, too.
et tu, weazle? lol
I’m just north of Milwaukee, and it’s bright, cloudless, calm and 67°F at Noon Thursday 14 August 2014
Well that sure proves it. The weather around your head represents the globe. The globe on your neck.
Such childish ad hominems. No content, no substance, no maturity.
Won’t reach 70 for the next several days here in upstate NY.
see above comment.
Here in Alberta, we had a very cold winter/spring…..HOWEVER, thankfully, July was above normal and so far Aug has been great too, we need it!!!
In other news, in many years time, we will be under a mile of Ice and GISS will report that we have just finished the hottest year ever!!!
+1

No one here has disputed the fact that the US temperatures do not represent the globe. No area of the earth that is a mere 1.9% of the globe, let alone what is happening at your miniscule location, is representative of global temperatures. I challenge you to a discussion on this topic. You will lose. Now let the name calling begin:
Sorry, you already did. Petty ad hominems and juvenile insults are not the material of debates. And yet you are drawn to them like a moth to flame.
