Well, we know they lie about such things. But the trend is inversely related to the temperatures. They just got the physics and dynamics wrong. If they were honest, they might have more people believing their meme, but then fewer would be worried about it.
If they had “the physics and dynamic right” there would be no such thing as CAGW, our economies worldwide would be in better shape, more people would have food and energy and the health that goes with them, we’d have far fewer laws, rules and regulations to worry about and some of the real scientists that have been cowed by this garbage (to keep their jobs) may have actually done some actual work understanding the dynamics of our planet. (Ok, I should have made that “if” at the beginning all caps and bold.)
The major hurricanes are obviously in a death spiral. I predict the US will be major-hurricane free by November, 2005. Children just won’t know what hurricanes are. Hurricanes will become “a very rare and exciting event”.
