Yeah, I have not since those in about 2 years. Those were all of my former news sites. (lol) I just did not know any better. (face palm)
I have just about about 8 years on you. I voted for the Obamination in 2008. My disillusionment then began within the year. Began, I say. It took another year for decades of deprogramming to be completed.
Mine, to the extent that I had it, began in the 1960s. I listened to my grandparents’ talk and looked at how they lived their lives. Then I listened to Democrats’ talk and observed how they lived their lives and asked myself: What the heck is going on here? It looks like hypocrisy. I got my first public library card in 1973 (still have it). I started doing my own research and connected the dots; spurred on by teachers who prized that. Before I saw the Mark Twain and later George Orwell quotes about newspapers, I’d come to the same conclusion. Media lies all the time or distorts whatever it can’t lie about.
I know people shout about media consolidation these days; but there is, in my mind, a bit more diversity now than there was back in the 50s, 60s, and 70s; despite the consolidation. That’s because the arbiters of style back then did have a bit more power then than they do now, helped by killing the FCC’s broadcast ‘Fairness Doctrine’, which was anything but fair to ‘controversial’ views. It is much easier today to find and cross check multiple sources directly than it was back then. Naturally, the ‘natural aristocrats’ don’t like it. They want their power back.
I post these on Facebook every so often just to wind up the haters.
Tom Hanks is dumb. He tried to build a $10 million house in Idaho and completely messed it up, sued the builder, and LOST. In the courtroom, his actor wife at the time screamed and ran out and made a big show. He is not too bright, and is about as arrogant as they come
He didn’t want to pay the builder for work done according to the specs, ultimately getting his butt creamed in court. He’s a creepy arrogant dude

Every few months I go to YouTube and watch some of the stuff on election night 2016. It never fails to cheer me up. You can watch NBCs election night coverage sans commercials and “expert” BS.

Ironic is all the turbulence over supposed Russian meddling, but nothing about the internal anti-Trump PSYOPS of MSM CIA assets, blatantly portrayed in some of these clips!
All these people who GUARANTEED something had their heads so far up their own asses that they assumed it was perpetual nighttime being so dark. I love how none of them will own up to their mistakes or even more so, humble themselves for being wrong.
Washington, Hollywood, the media, and liberals in general are so far removed from what the average person sees/does/believes that I worry their cognitive dissonance isn’t setting this country up for another civil war. Having said that, if they do lose their shit, bring it on—the majority of gun owners in this country are part of the Bible/gun clinging “know nothings” Obama made fun of. So is the military. I fear nothing with God by my side.

So, what’s the thinking about November? In the Land Down Under, all we ever seem to hear these days is completely polarised news, from the left or the right. It’s impossible to gauge from the media what the actual mood of the country is.
No one knows. We Trump supporters here get the same crap your getting. All I can tell you is this Trump supporters does not buy their Blue Wave hype and will be voting.
Pelosi was the only person in this group who wasn’t just talking trash. She responds like she KNOWS.
I suggest she knew full well about the campaign spying and other fixes that were in.
A full investigation is needed. Either Sessions investigates Obama, Hillary, Comey, Lynch, et Al and indicts some people or the Dems will try to impeach Trump…It’s a civil war with the Swamp…someone will end up on the canvas. Only Jeff Sessions seems oblivious this fact.
I am nervous about the upcoming election and Strong Democratic turn out. They are unhinged.
My son-in-law still watches YouTube election night coverage videos for entertainment. You have to admit, they are captivating and hugely entertaining.

Burt Reynolds once told a story. He said that he and Clint Eastwood were fired from Paramount Studios on the same day. He said ‘ they told Eastwood his adam’s apple stuck out too much and told me that I just didn’t have any talent.’ I’ll never forget how Paramount tried to make Clint Eastwood sing in the film Paint Your Wagon.
It’s amazing that these corrupt, arrogant, anti-American studio assholes manage to get so many things wrong and still make money and influence people.
