I guess it sucks to be anyone but 0, and they are doing what?

    Flies agree.

  3. ralphcramdo says:

Isn’t that a good reason to start proceedings by congress?

  4. Greg locke says:

I’m no fan of Mr. Obama, but his administration has the right to appeal this decision to the Supremes. What is particularly distasteful about Mr. Obama in this instance is how he ties to manipulate the outcome of the case with his public pronouncements. He did that successfully with Obamacare, and is trying again with this decision. It is unseemly for POTUS to publicly attack the courts. Let your lawyers argue in their briefs and at hearings all they want. POTUS should not be publicly intimidating courts from his bully pulpit.

  5. Andy DC says:

Don’t be surprised if a couple of the conservatives on the Supreme Court die mysteriously. Then Obama can prance around Congress as much as he pleases.

    • Lou says:

FDR tried to change the balance in his way by appointing more and more left wing judges to SCOTUS without not having to wait for others to die. FDR and Obama aren’t that much difference. It’s interesting to see that two of the most “progressive” presidents got involved in WW 1 and WW2. Will we see a major war within the next 4 years?

  6. Greg locke says:

$6trillion spent in the war on poverty since LBJ declared it, and the poverty rate is unchanged. Lots of slugs with flat screen TVs and iPhones, though

  7. I love the quotes around “unconstitutional” !! Is this implying there really is no such thing as unconstitutional anymore? Do they mean that even though the appointment violates the constitution, the Grundian thinks it didn’t?

    C’mon Man- ditch the qualifiers!

  8. gator69 says:

He picked up a little something from Chavez’ book.

  9. gator69 says:

    “novel and unprecedented”

    Definition of NOVEL
1: new and not resembling something formerly known or used

    Definition of UNPRECEDENTED
1: having no precedent : NOVEL, unexampled

    Dumber and dumberer! 😆
