Climate experts now say there never was a global warming pause.

many governments are demanding a clearer explanation of the slowdown in temperature increases since 1998.

Satellites show that other than some non-climate fluctuations around the mean, global temperatures are about the same now as they were 25 years ago.

Agreement between the satellite and surface temperature data was good until about the year 2000, but since then NASA has been continuously tampering with their data to create  the impression of non-existent warming. Just during the month after the election NASA altered their data even further.

In the year 2000, NASA showed a total of 0.5C surface temperature warming. Now they show twice that much surface warming prior to the year 2000.

These alterations were done through a spectacular hockey stick of data tampering.

The 1990 and 1992 IPCC reports showed 0.3-0.6C total warming.

The 1995 IPCC report showed the same thing with surface temperatures.

The 1995 IPCC report showed no troposphere warming (measured by satellites and balloons) since 1958, indicating that the small amount of surface warming was probably due to non-climatic effects like Urban Heat Island contamination.

The surface temperatures from NOAA and NASA are fake. They have almost no data from Africa, Antarctica and Greenland – and very little from much of the rest of the world. They simply make it up.

NASA and NOAA have lost about 80% of their stations since the 1970’s.

The average latitude of the stations has moved eight degrees closer to the equator since the 19th century. This change alone would be expected to produce about 8C of fake warming.

The issue Ray alludes to is that in addition to the issue
of many more drifters providing measurements over the last
5-10 years, the measurements are coming in from places where
we didn’t have much ship data in the past. For much of the SH between 40 and 60S the normals are mostly made up as there is very little ship data there.

I largely agree with him on this. Recent data tampering by humans at NASA and NOAA is responsible for almost all global warming since 1950.

Then Dana goes on to admit summers aren’t warming very much, and implies they predicted that all along.

This is the exact opposite of what Hansen confidently predicted in 1988, and Governor Cuomo demanded action on.

Summers have gotten much cooler in the US over the past 80 years, and Hansen’s 1988 testimony was the last really hot summer.

These people are not scientists or journalists. They don’t follow any known scientific method, simply make things up as they go along, and are nothing more than common crooks trying to steal money from the public.

Sometimes on Chinook days, we get very clear air with bright sunshine on the peaks and clouds over the foothills. Today was one of those days. This is looking up at the Arapahoe Glacier.

This glacier, like most of the glaciers in the world, was melting rapidly during NASA’s coldest year on record.
