Christopher Burt keeps track of weather extremes at Weather Underground, and provides huge amounts of valuable information that I frequently reference. But he has been snookered by tampered NOAA temperature data.

He published this graph showing that the past decade has had the hottest summers in the US, which is utter nonsense.

The 1930s were by far the hottest decade in the US. Maximum temperatures were about two degrees warmer. Afternoon summer temperatures are no warmer now than they were in the 19th century.

Average daily temperatures were also much warmer, even with UHI effects bringing up nighttime temperatures.

So what is wrong with Dr. Burt’s analysis? He is using tampered temperature data from NOAA. For example, his data set shows the hottest summer in Wichita Kansas as being 2011. The two closest HCN stations to Wichita show that 1934, 1936, 1954 and 1980 all were hotter.

NCDC massively adjusts US summer temperatures, cooling the past. This creates the appearance of a non-existent warming – and leads good scientists like Dr. Burt to the wrong conclusion.

Hot days were far more common and widespread in the 1930s.

The past decade was nowhere near as hot as the 1930’s in the US. Data tampering by NOAA destroys climate science, and causes good scientists to reach wrong conclusions.

CO2 has increased by one part per ten thousand over the past century. This is equivalent to packing an extra eleven people into Camp Nou, or an entire football squad.

Climate skeptics threaten America’s security, in exactly the same way that Jews threaten Germany, or cartoons threaten Allah.

Humans live longer and better than ever, thanks to fossil fuels – so the UN wants them banned. Similar to what UN peacekeepers accomplished in Rwanda.

In June, 1934 half of the US was over 100 degrees.

So far this June, only a tiny percentage of stations have been over 100 degrees.

The percentage of US stations reaching 100 degrees in June has plummeted over the past 80 years.

Climate experts claim that increasing CO2 causes more hot weather, because they are paid to lie about the climate for government propaganda purposes.

So they simply made it disappear.

They have been working on this project of rewriting history for decades.

You can think of NASA as being the ISIS of climate science – destroying history in support of a religion.

In fact, sea level was rising faster on the East Coast in 1932, than it is now.

These crooks continue pushing the same scam generation after generation, despite the fact that there is zero evidence to back any of their claims.

What is actually going on is the exact opposite of the Guardian’s claims. Arctic sea ice is melting very slowly, and is nearing a mid-summer high for the past decade.

The Greenland melt season started more than a month late, and has seen below normal melt every day this year.

And thirty-three years later, these same geniuses continue to insist that the poles are melting. One might describe climate experts as “terminally stupid”

President Obama is telling the military to measure Arctic sea ice.

The administration contends that changing ice levels in the Arctic could require additional U.S. military presence in the region, justifying the need for the Pentagon to commit significant time and resources to monitoring the effects of climate change.

“Decreasing seasonal sea ice in the Arctic has made some Arctic waters navigable for longer periods and, as a result, may contribute to new economic opportunities in commercial shipping, oil exploration, and tourism. This could eventually increase the need for a U.S. military and homeland security presence in the Arctic, particularly in the maritime environment,” the study said.

The Navy already measures Arctic sea ice, and they show very thick multi-year ice blocking the Northwest Passage for hundreds of miles in the Beaufort Sea.
