Then they try to blame the surge on cold weather. That argument doesn’t work either because Wyoming has the lowest vaccination rate in the country and the weather is colder than Colorado.  We are seeing a decline in cases.

Similarly, there has been a small increase in forest fire burn acreage since the 1980s, but burn acreage is down almost 90% over the last century.

As of January 29, 2021, the National Interagency Fire Center showed burn acreage back to 1926.

But now they only show it back to 1983, saying that prior to 1983 different processes were used to track data.
