Plummeting August 2nd Temperatures In The US

On this date in 1955, two thirds of the US was over 90 degrees, and there were 100 degree temperatures coast to coast.

August 2 afternoon temperatures have plummeted in the US over the last 90 years.

August 2, 1975 was the hottest day on record in Massachusetts (107 degrees) and Rhode Island (104 degrees.) There were 100 degree temperatures from Maryland to Maine.

Pentagon : Ice Age By 2020

In 2004, the Pentagon said the Northern Hemisphere will cool five degrees by 2020.

They also said the number of 90 degree days has increased, and the number of nights below freezing has decreased. Neither of those claims are true.

The frequency of 90 degree days in the US has plummeted.

The frequency of freezing nights peaked in 2013, and is oscillating cyclically.

Climate science seems to consist of a symmetrical set of misinformation about both the present and the past.  The only thing which is important in climate science is to be consistently wrong.

Global Cooling Causes Glaciers To Shrink

Glaciers shrunk thousands of feet in the late 19th century, as temperatures cooled towards NASA’s fake coldest years on record.

The famous glaciers of the Rhone have shrunk several thousand feet in the Inst 20 years; considerably more than 100 ft a year.  A number of the well-known glaciers are also shrinking at about the same rate, and the fact is established that these reminders of the great glacial period are certainly disappearing.

Percent Of US Getting Hot Near A Record Low

The percentage of USHCN stations reaching 95 degrees sometime during the year is plummeting. In 1931, ninety-three percent of stations made it up to ninety-five degrees sometime the year, but this year has only been 60 % – one of the lowest on record.

The frequency of 95 degree days is also plummeting.

And not surprisingly, the average summer maximum temperature is also plummeting.
