So if we had 20 degrees of global warming added to that, the resulting 80 degrees below freezing would seem like Miami weather ? No amount of any kind of global warming will ever make that environment comfortably suitable for humans.

It always amazes me how global warming can make the temperatures drop.
If if wasn’t for global warming, they would be -73 instead of -71.
Please, “Real Science,” explain how an “overheated rapidly melting Arctic is causing Greenland temperatures to drop”.
How does heat in a neighboring region cause local temperatures to drop? This assertion defies the laws of physics. Without some external force at work, concentrated energy dissipates.
A warmer Arctic would imply a warmer Greenland. Temperatures decrease as latitude increases, not vice versa.
Science? Or sensationalism?
I’m not sure. That has me a bit confused too. I’m hoping that James Hansen can explain it from his flooded Manhattan office.
