By turns emotional and fierce, Clinton choked up as she spoke of comforting the victims’ families and grew angry when a Republican senator accused the Obama administration of misleading the country over whether the Benghazi incident stemmed from a protest.
“With all due respect, the fact is that we had four dead Americans,” Clinton shot back as she testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, an appearance delayed more than a month because of her ill health.
“Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided they’d go kill some Americans? What difference, at this point, does it make?” she said, making chopping motions with her hands for emphasis.

In other words, the White House let them die and then lied about it to cover up ahead of the election.

It’s amazing that the press and the republicans didn’t (AFAICT) lambaste her for her titanically stupid remarks. There’s a massive difference between random violence and a group of people dedicated to destroying your society. Her comments sound like the whimperings of a 12 year old girl. She’s the Secretary of State she’s supposed to understand this right?
She is corrupt to the her very corp. Just as she lied about her involvement Whitewater she is obfuscating about her culpability in the death of our ambassador.
Stop criticizing Hillary, she cares. Just ask the father of one of the murdered Americans for which Hillary said the government would make sure the film maker would go to prison for that “disgusting film” which Hillary blamed for several days/weeks after the attack. He said she could not look him in the face. Now she says she always said it was Al Qaeda.

“The only points that matter are 1) I had no trouble identifying the Benghazi attack as a planned terrorist attack, and I reject obfuscations by those who say the situation was confusing. It was not–even the Libyan head of state tried to quickly correct the Obama administration on that point, but to no avail, because 2) Obama and his surrogates (including both Rice and Clinton) went on and on about the video, for weeks, in a deliberate attempt to mislead the American people and shape the public perception in a fundamental perversion of the obvious truth. I consider it the perfomance of traitors, upon whom we necessarily depend for the truth, and were determinedly denied. And you, like Clinton, who say in mock shock and hysteria, “what difference does it make?!”, I say it makes the difference beween trusting this administration, and fearing that it simply refuses to acknowledge even the obvious truth, in order to protect itself and pretend to be legitimate caretakers of our most basic freedom–to hear, and KNOW, the truth. The Obama administration is thoroughly corrupted and corrupting of all who invest their hopes in it. I voted Democrat through 8 straight elections, but I recognized Obama for the invading snake he is, without character and always, always, blatantly lying to the people of America and the world.”

I would have said; It is your credibility and by extension the credibility of the United States of America that matters!
The leftist Senators spent their time praising her to the point of sickening groveling. These fools ignore dead Americans for the sake of ideology.

I did not see the video until I got home last night. She sure did Slick Willy proud! That absolutely must go down as one of the sleaziest congressional testimonies in history.
As was once said, DC is like Hollywood, for the ugly.
What difference does it make? It makes a difference to not have this happen again! Decisions were made, orders were given and actions taken that resulted in the deaths of 4 people. Nobody was fired, the deck chairs were just reshuffled. And you can bet a large part of her “recovery time” was spent rallying her troops behind the scenes.
Combine that testimony with the nauseating, alligator tears (sorry, Gator) when she said she put her arms around the relatives of the murdered. I almost spewed over the TV. How can a sane person believe a single word she said?
