Bill McKibben must resist the temptation to use any fossil fuels this winter. Temperatures might be -20F at his house in Vermont, but burning anything that adds CO2 to the atmosphere is simply not acceptable.
The planet is overheating and we need inspirational leaders who are not hypocrites and liars. We can also safely assume that Harvard University is not using any heat, because they have divested themselves from fossil fuels. Global warming is keeping the students warm, and we wouldn’t want to send them the wrong message.
Sea mammals keep warm in the cold via their blubber.
Promoting more obesity for humans would be a method of reducing the need for fossil fueled heat. Bill could feel warmer by putting on a couple hundred pounds. That should be worth carbon credits too ! Stuff your face, keep warm, save the planet, and paid for doing it. Unemployment problem solved too. It’s easy when you think like a climate scientist.
How much CO2 is emitted by this twits tweets and this twit tweeters tweet twit followers?
It is very dangerous to use fossil fuels to heat houses in winter. Saw on the news this AM a woman in the US was using the oven to heat the house and it burnt down. Her and the kids were lucky to get out alive.
I’m sure Bill is not using any fossil fuel or CO2 generating fire wood this winter. /sarc
