    Real CLIMATE CHAOS!!! happened on this day 1916 when in Browning, MT, saw the thermometer plummet 100 degrees in 24 hours from a relatively mild 44° to a bone-chilling -56°. This is generally credited as being the greatest temperature drop ever reported in the world for a 24 hour period.

    Obviously this happen because back then the taxes on fossil fuels were too low.

    -85°f, that feels …cold.. It got down to -119°f in Vostok back in September. Probably felt like it was -160° if you happened to be down there and were trying to get a feel for it. -160° is quite a bit colder than -85°. But that was in Antarctica, not the U.S!

    Chad Myers just lied on CNN – saying there is no arctic sea ice and that is causing the jet stream to dip into the US.
