“Scientists say an ice core taken from almost three kilometres down in the Greenland ice sheet has given them an extraordinary vision of what the planet could look like as it heats up.
The ice core dates from the last warming period around 120,000 years ago, and it identifies temperatures which are about four degrees Celsius higher than now.
Surprisingly, it revealed that the Greenland ice sheet was more resilient than previously thought.
Dr Rubino says the team found that the last interglacial period “was eight degrees warmer than today.”
“Eight degrees warmer is a big difference and it’s actually bigger than it was previously thought to be,” he said.”
Oh oh! Now Australian CSIRO scientists are starting to find out that Global Temperature and Sea Level has nothing to do with CO2. I can’t wait for the Australian Climate commissioner to recommend repealing the Carbon Tax.

While the media spin in the story is still about GHG’s causing warming, the embedded scientific statements say the opposite.
Earth was up to 8 degrees warmer when CO2 was 250 ppm.
Sea Level was 4-8 metres higher, when CO2 was 250 ppm and water didn’t come from Greenland melting.
I’ll have to sell my holiday unit timeshare in Antarctica before this news gets out.

Precisely because it seemed ridiculous, communistic pseudo-science was overlooked for sixty-four years (2009 – 1945 = 64 yrs):
From the time the UN was formed on 24 Oct 1945 until the Climagegate emails revealed unambiguous evidence of fraudulent global temperature data in late Nov 2009.
Probably even today most AGW advocates doubt that NASA purposely hid data from the Galileo probe of Jupiter – data that cost the American taxpayers ~$1,000,000,000 – but CSPAN caught the evidence on video.
