     We should be asking ourselves why cities have Dem domination. Are they REALLY voted in ? And perhaps this is an artifact of Urban concentration. But perhaps it isn’t.

     Rural areas readily reject Lib ideology. Urban areas are truly more lib. But are they as Lib as their votes suggest? Or is this another act of coordination by the Borg?
