The blue areas above (counties that voted for Obama) have decided to mess with the red areas (counties that voted for Romney. ) The unarmed blue areas have decided to confiscate money, freedom and guns from the armed red areas.
The US Civil War was north vs. south. The next one might be armed vs. not armed.

As always, divide and rule is the well known process of control.
Create and market the division(problem), get the people to take sides in the issue du jour (reaction), then have the security/government forces take action (solution).
Whether it’s gun ownership, climate insanity, drugs, the economy, Wall Street, the internet, the new media, the process is the same, allowing greater central government control.
As William J. Casey said in 1981:

The time may come when the outcome appears to be hopeless. Even then it is better to die on your feet than live on your knees . A lot of people in this country appear to be willing to live on their knees . If our own government attempts to violate the constitution that controlls it by taking away any guns I wonder how many people will resist ?

I live in the thumb of Michigan and don’t know many that aren’t armed. Gun ranges are numerous, and lots of land to shoot. CCW permits are growing rapidly.
Most I speak to say they will not comply with any Federal registration and definitely would not turn in their guns.
Was wondering what all this blue was doing in places like NM and AZ. At it turns out, most of those area are Indian reservations. Another Government dependent group of people.
Coconino County Arizona is the largest county in the lower 48, and contains much the Navajo reservation. In New Mexico, almost everyone is on the government dole one way or another.
