    Australia never had drought before the CO2 fixation became the new meteorology.

    Just as they never tried shooting clouds with the infamous “vortex guns” – of which two remain at Charleville – in an attempt to make it rain during a mild dry spell in 1902 – obviously only mild dry times could cause such desperate measures not REAL drought like today.
