Scientists Discover Inhabited Freezing Planet With Lots Of CO2

Scientists have discovered a new planet, which averages 55 below zero and has 18 times as high CO2 density in its atmosphere as Earth. The inhabitants have also built an extensive series of canals, apparently to transport the ice.

    The polar caps are made of dry ice, and the canals are dry to better carry it.
