30 Trillion Flies Eat S… So It Must Be Tasty

This genius just came through Chicago’s coldest winter ever, yet believes that he is burning up – because a bunch of government “experts” say he is.

If we take no additional action, U.S. temperatures will rise 5 to 10 degrees by the end of the century.

The new report — the U.S. National Climate Assessment — was put together by more than 300 scientists and other experts over a three year-period, was overseen by a 60-member advisory committee and was reviewed by the public and scientific groups, including a special panel from the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences.

I could use 5 to 10 degrees about now.

  2. rabbit says:

The only credible thing in the article is where Rex says he “didn’t attempt to read the whole document.”

  3. geran says:

Another major cold blast coming in next 5 days, according to latest forecast.

  4. Equalize-Now says:

Rex could be funny if he wasn’t so completely duped by the Obama NEWSPEAK.

And what action is there? Evidential data does not show that we mere humans can do anything but protect ourselves from inclement weather.
Probably he wishes us to pay the Carbon Tithe to the UN.

      Should read

If we take all additional action possible, bankrupt every economy on earth, U.S. temperatures will still rise 5 to 10 degrees by the end of the century.

      Just as equally valid.

  6. Sundance says:

“• The annual mean temperature in the United States has increased by 1.3 to 1.9 degrees since the late 19th century, with most of that jump happening since 1970. (It could be related to disco music, we just don’t know.)”

According to data from http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cag/time-series/us the US temperature rose from 50.34F in 1895 to 54.1F in 1934 and was 55.28F in 2012 so he didn’t look at actual data and lied about most of the warming coming after 1970.

He’s such a bad writer, he can’t pull off the sarcasm. Ends up sounding stupid.

All the kings horses and all the kings men,
Couldn’t put Humpty Dumpty back together again.

Federal level Group think writ large.

Obvious to me they didn’t bother with any actual data. ACE down: http://models.weatherbell.com/tropical.php

Temperatures flat for over a decade – what warming there was never amounted to much.

Sea level rise? Is Manhattan under water yet Hansen? How about sea-ports close to sea-level?

What about flood surges in Hamburg? Hamburg is subject to flooding. Here’s one for Hamburg when CO2 was at a “safe” level: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Sea_flood_of_1962

And here’s a nasty storm that hit Miami: http://www.srh.noaa.gov/mfl/?n=miami_hurricane

So how are the two cities of Miami and Hamburg doing now? Are they underwater yet? I mean, 1962 to now, with all that Man-Made CO2 choking the atmosphere, cooking the planet, melting the ice, raising the sea-level; isn’t the port of Hamburg in a screaming death-spiral? http://www.hamburg-travel.com/attractions/best-of-hamburg/port-of-hamburg/

Looks OK to me. Actually looks pretty cool – think I want to visit.

Miami must be hurting from Mankind using the atmosphere as a sewer for all that horrible fossil-fuel generated CO2. I mean the heat generated from the well-understood insulating properties of CO2 – especially the Man-Made kind – must be just destroying tropical cities like Miami. Sea-level rise. Unlivable high temperatures. Miami must have become a kind of hell-hole since 1926. Let’s check: http://www.timeout.com/miami/things-to-do/20-essential-things-to-do-in-miami

Looks just fine. Hmm another place I need to visit.

    Yeah, Miami. Visiting there soon.
