Anti-semitism has deep roots in both Europe and Russia. Do you think there’s a correct “side” to take in this fight? Seems like “a pox on both their houses” territory.

See how these compare with other ‘national’ socialist leaders’ speeches:

“The overwhelming need to obey” describes 50% of most any population. Normally that *works* well. So stop taking away the ability of sluts in US big cities to have police unconstitutionally disarm violent mostly black gang members, and stop threatening to take away their enjoyment of raw penis with post-coital birth control. That is the female speaking. She will not relent. She demands abortion and the immediate arrest of any ghetto man with a gun.

That Hitler guy moves around so much, no wonder he was the first Elvis, girls be screaming in ecstasy.

Remember always, that Naziism was a reaction against World War One humiliation, and that today is mechanistically different, more about Valley Girl Yuppie boredom than any actual oppression beyond decadent boredom.

When uber smart AshkeNAZI Jews started to at least *try* to build back up capitalism in the Wiemar Republic, they were attacked by those with a 16 IQ point deficit, who enviously killed them.

Today is different, in complex manner.

I quote our philosophical friend Hitler: “The struggle against Marxism.”

There are no longer two sides to political debate.

There are various fanatics and then there are normal folk who want to both love their (sometimes deviant) neighbors, and to also charge the future extra money points that we are so poor now but the future is better and richer.

      I don’t see evil.

I just see a confused systems, lashing out.

      Hitler wasn’t faking it.

And his whole country knew it, finally an authentic leader, an Artist by heart.

And the Jews were pathetic metro-sexual pacifists, except the physicists, who *left* for America, but the rest? They COLLECTIVELY boarded fucking death trains.

      Oops!

Hitler said FUCK YOU to oppression just like everyday people in the United States are now saying FUCK YOU to Drug War *jailing* of normal anti-alcohol kids.

      Stop it.

      Stop creating Hitler.

You conservatives are trying to drag the corpse of Puritanism into modern political discourse.

      No, that will never do.

      Jesus said that too.

Love you minor culture war enemy.

The real beauty of life that is New York City…is totally oppositional and differently disposed types of people coming together to just live together, less bored for doing so.

Hmmm … kind of a nice rant, one that could have been delivered by your brother, Michael Weiner (AKA Savage). I skimmed it, didn’t really ‘read’ it (i.e. take it in and parse each and every thought down from paragraph to sentence and word) though. I’d rather not become that familiar with NikFromDaBronx’s internal thought processes (or his ideas or view of the world ATTM).

I’m curious though, if a man as widely read as yourself has seen and gone through the OSS’s psychological profile (done contemporaneously in the day) of H!tler to get an idea of what made him tick.

The Ukraine has suffered much. The worst was in 1932-34 when between 8,000,000 to 11 million born and unborn Ukrainians died at the hands of Stalin and his USSR henchmen. In 1941 the Ukrainian people welcomed Hitler’s Armies with open arms and viewed them as saviors. The Ukrainian farmers or Kulaks however were sadly mistaken, German rule was just as cruel as Soviet Collectivization. The Italian Prince Machiavelli said it best in his book “THE PRINCE”
“The enemy of my enemy is my friend.” This is as true today as it was during Niccolò di Bernardo dei Machiavelli’s time.

I particularly like the part where Obama states “this is the time we came to together to remake our nations

Really? … Just how many voters do you suppose really wanted to “remake” our nation at that time? … practically ZERO, even on the left. Stupid cattle they all are….

By far the best direct reporting on the ground there is by VICE magazine who is regularly questioning who is who and finding out that the pro-Russians are mostly locals, though their reporter was detained and roughed up by Russia supporters too:

It’s a civil war now, created by the EU and US with their support of the putsch government now in power. I have been watching western media set the narrative by their descriptions of the the pro Russian Ukrainians and pro Western Ukrainians. Pro Russian Ukrainians are labelled pro Russian separatists, extremists or rebels, but pro Western protesters are labelled pro Western Ukrainians. They screech about Russian naval and naval aviation on the US coast as some sort of new provocation, but fail to mention this is in response to the US Navy entering the Black Sea for the first time, upping the ante. What is the point of dispatching U.S. destroyers into an area the Russian’s view as being almost home waters, their Chesapeake Bay? When you see John McCain in support of any cause, you know potential huge sales of military equipment and supplies are involved. I doubt Eastern Ukrainians will be in the market for US made weapons. This is a lose lose situation all round.

Yawn…like a normal saturday afternoon in Belfast.
And don’t worry to much about Facsists, the Russians have plenty experience of dealing with them.
Also the music was far too dramatic given the mild thuggery on display.

F.I.A.T. includes words from a radio broadcast meant to demoralize the American soldiers during WW2. Originally made by Ezra Pound for Radio Roma July 13th 1942.

Outraged by the carnage of World War I, Pound lost faith in England and blamed the war on usury and international capitalism. He moved to Italy in 1924, and throughout the 1930s and 1940s embraced Benito Mussolini’s fascism, expressed support for Adolf Hitler and wrote for publications owned by the British fascist Oswald Mosley. During World War II the Italian government paid him to make hundreds of radio broadcasts criticizing the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Jews, as a result of which he was arrested by American forces in Italy in 1945 on charges of treason.

As repugnant as the origin of these words are, they describe well the apathetic lack of knowledge of average Americans regarding the Ukranian situation. ‘You have been hugger-muggered…’. I’m ashamed for the U.S. government taking what appears to be the wrong side in this conflict. Looks like Putin is entirely justified in his actions.

        Jim,
For a different take on the situation you can try reading the blog posts and comments at Luboš Motl’s Reference Frame. That is the first place I went to get another look at the situation that was not filtered through the MSM propaganda outlets.

These are the list of blog posts: http://motls.blogspot.com/2014/03/russia-can-hardly-allow-crimea-to.html#uds-search-results

        • _Jim says:

Crimea is one thing, the balance of Ukraine is another. Does Luboš Motl’s blog address this?

        • _Jim says:

A couple of pertinent excerpts from Luboš Motl’s blog:

As you may expect, my point is that the geopolitical layer of Ukraine hasn’t really become “independent” in 1991. The independence was only allowed because the new political arrangement was acceptable for the main powers. Geopolitically, Ukraine became a buffer zone between the NATO and Russia. That was an improvement for NATO so NATO agreed, of course. It was a partial loss for Russia but Russia was feeling weak at that time so it didn’t have the self-confidence, aggressiveness, and strength to oppose the developments. Boris Yeltsin became the president in June 1991; in August 1991, Ukraine declared independence.

          and

Does Russia have the right for such interventions in Crimea – and perhaps the rest of Ukraine? (Just to be sure, think about an analogous question: Would the U.S. have the right to invade Mexico that would be planning to join the Iranian Islamic Republic?) According to the international law, it probably doesn’t. But the international law is only respected if the price one pays for that is “tolerable” – essentially smaller than the price one would pay for violating it. Even though Russia mostly loves to respect the international law, if it finds out that the violation of the law will do less harm to the interests it finds more essential, it will probably violate the international law. It should be understandable.

          Bolding above mine.

I still have a question as to why armed thugs are wandering around certain areas in Ukraine slugging people who are just going about there business as can be seen in the video in the opening post …
