New Mexico’s Carpetbagging Senator

New Mexico’s carpetbagging Senator Tom Udall recently told COP 21 negotiators to ignore the US Congress and Constitution.

37 Republican senators sent a letter about the Green Climate Fund to the president warning that: “Congress will not be forthcoming with these funds in the future without a vote in the Senate on any final agreement” from the Paris climate conference.

Tom Udall from New Mexico and Jeff Merkley from Oregon. They assured negotiators that the Clean Power Plan and other Obama climate change initiatives are not “fragile” but rooted in law

This is in direct violation to his oath of office, to uphold the US Constitution

If there were one principle the Founders wanted to make clearly understood in their new system of government it was that the power to make law would no longer belong to a king or dictator or a group of government workers, but would actually belong to those whom the people themselves have elected to office for that very purpose.

“All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” (Article. I, Section 1, Clause 1)

All Lawmaking Power Belongs to Congress

Udall is willing to trash the US Constitution, in order to power New Mexico off these crippled, useless devices.

Udall has often stated that New Mexico’s trees are all going to die due to global warming.

Never mind the rule of law. Udall’s climate superstition supersedes the US Constitution. We recently got rid of his carpetbagging brother in Colorado, but more work needs to be done in New Mexico.

Colorado replaced Udall with Corey Gardener who voted exactly like Udall. Totally bought by the DC Chamber of Commerce and a member of the DC Uni-party.

  2. You have quite the checkered past, especially on Twitter

What these politicians aren’t reminding the public is the rise of electricity and energy rates, and the impact upon our economy, competitiveness, cost of living, families. Lie of omission.
