The Global Greenhouse Gas Reference Network measures the atmospheric distribution and trends of the three main long-term drivers of climate change, carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), and nitrous oxide (N2O), as well as carbon monoxide (CO) which is an important indicator of air pollution.

You could also go through the archives of this blog and the old site and find many examples of “scientists” sounding false alarms about climate or weather. We are in much more need of protection from those that are claiming to protect us and their constant false alarms than we are from anything having to do with the climate.
