Extremes happen. Is there data before 1980? If you take off the last year and the first year, the drop isn’t nearly as sharp. I skied at your ski area in the early eighties. It was really meant for the employees of Las Alamos Lab, but I guess the government insisted that they let outsiders ski there, or something. It was not easy for me to find, but once I did, they sold me a ski ticket. It was a very relaxing ski day there, with just a few others.
