   ..and most news articles here that discuss connection to the climate say that the flooding is due to climate change.. so AGW is drying us up, and flooding us out.

   Strangely, we’ve been having droughts and floods of these magnitudes since ever before anyone mentioned AGW.

   Yea that sounds about right, it’s very much inline with the “Global Warming” causing colder winters.

   It must be Bizaro world these people live in.
