They need to cut funding to NOAA because NOAA has become an activist orginization and other NGOs should pick up the tab for their propaganda agencies such as NOAA and NASA along with EPA!
Due to known errors this decade tied with the 30s and there was no statistically significant difference in reported temperatures as all the temperatures in the last century have fallen within the known errors that are inherent in equipment and methods.
