Last September, John DeReggi Jr. was killed by an Amtrak train in Boyds, MD across the street from his grandmother – Marilyn Boyd DeReggi. And Marilyn’s house was since stolen by the Montgomery County Parks Department in one of the worst cases of government thuggery I have every heard of.
Tragedy has hit the community again. Three of John John’s friends were killed in an auto accident yesterday.
Boyds only has a few hundred residents, so these losses are devastating.
