All enlightened people know now that cold is a sign of heat.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

lol, how dare they mock Big Al!!! And wtf? A news organization questioning something? Proof positive they are evil right-wing extremist bad stupid guys! And proof Fox is an advocacy for an ideological group. That’s way different than Media Matters.
They really cunning them foxes.
They also put lots of vixens on page 3 as well 🙂
One of the suspect signs that AGW is not sound science is this idea that deniers are right wing. The environment affects everyone, so real issues should be pretty obvious to anyone who is thinking rationally about survival, regardless of their politics.
Agreed, in fact, most skeptic sites have a pretty good mix of political leanings.
haha bollocks. Most sites are infested with tea party loons.
And I am right-wing conservative, in the UK and I accept man-made global warming and the threat it poses.
So, Climate Audit is a tea party club? WUWT? You need to get out more.
With your statement, I’m not sure you have a good grasp on what the tea party is.
As with most other statements from that party I am not sure of them being based on the same reality that you and I live in!
Ct, there are several here that are not right wing tea party people. Peter comes to mind off the top of my head. Jimbo avows that he’s not, there are many others. But the implication that tea party people are right wing is an errant assumption, also. The tea party was originated for the sole purpose of lowering the spending and tax liability of this nation. What is often forgotten is the fact that was started while Bush was still in office and its catalyst was the bank bailouts.
yah.
i am so liberal my shotgun is fair trade!
Cthulhu says:
DREAM ON, KOMRADE! There is no such thing as a conservative in the UK.
(Well, okay, maybe a few… like JD) But that isn’t who you are…. or you would respect and admire the Tea Party.
JD knows what the Tea Party is about.
So take your hammer and sickle, and go play on a freeway somewhere.

Another guy paying the mortgage with a credit card and calling it smart.
“I accept man-made global warming and the threat it poses.”
You should worry about that credit card bill, instead of what the weather is going to be like in a thousand years.
Peter, what kind? I’m looking for a 20 gauge pump. I’m not particular as to the brand.
james i have saiga 12, more of a close combat weapon. i call it the zombie slayer. i would recommend one just because they are remarkably fun to shoot!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=te91g9Yr5g8&feature=related
No doubt, I enjoy shooting all sorts of weapons, unfortunately, the cost of shells ………. sigh.
james
rio or centurion shells from ammunitiontogo are quite inexpensive. 12ga target loads run ~$60/250.
You could get a saiga in 20ga, still use it for your original intent, and unload magazines for fun as well! Consensus says it is the most fun thing to shoot out of my safe.
I bought mine primarily as a defense weapon, not a hunting weapon, but you can get a full choke set and go birding etc. With options from rifled slugs to shot and LTL you have a birder, and a go-to home defense weapon from the bedstand out to 100m.
no, i don’t get a commission 😉 i have just been in love with the platform since seeing one in action in the 90?s
I like this one better than the saiga 12.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhstuvzMiB0
nice russ!
well we can all dream about having one of those. and that would be expensive to shoot!
you could modify the sear on a saiga like any other ak to make it full auto, in which case the ak action might be superior to the aa12.
i am a fan of the ak action…but i also drive a toyota with over 300,000 miles on it!
I am not a right winger. One other myth is that we are all oil funded. I say WHERE IS MY OIL CHEQUE??? I have been waiting for years now.
It must be lost in the post with mine!
The sky is not falling Stefan.

I really don’t, know, I am Canadian, and not the french version canadien. But the this is an American AA12. I just wish We can get one of them, Amazing isn’t it, Especially fully auto with no recoil!
Not to mention all the addition with the militaery ammo! Blows your mind when you think the other side has something better now doesn’t it!
Still waiting on them to post my comment. Sigh.
And isn’t that really the proof of being on the wrong side of debate…. censorship.
Sure seems like it to me. Can’t win the argument, just silence the opposition. The differences between skeptic sites and alarmist are striking…..and telling.
look at it as the teacher silencing the disruptive pupil for the benefit of the rest of the class
NO PRESSURE!
Yeh, that would be my same teacher that instructed the students that Liechtenstein was a lake because the color on the map was blue.
I had visited the country in my youth, so I felt compelled clear the record. Of course, no one in my class believed me, the teacher, after all, was the expert. Not a soul believed me until I convinced a classmate to look it up in the Encyclopedia sitting on a shelf in the back of the room. I received a poor grade in the class, but the experience was very instructive for me.
We would not want to be accused of bringing attention to the Acquired Cognitive Dissonance being suffered by those regulars reading the Chicken Little support group sites. The moderators of those sites need to protect their Puppets from negative vibes from those bullies that want to interject the truth into the fairy tale being told and promoted.
To hear hens cackling I just need to walk close to my hen house so I have no need to visit the virtual Chicken Coops for the CLB!

that would be a nice tactic of the right
hell, i made a career out of correcting my teachers.
our quiz team slaughtered the teacher squad in a demo, and this english teacher asked me, “where did you learn all those answers??”
i replied, “I can read.”
I don’t understand this stuff. I’m a conservative. I make no bones about it. I don’t believe we can tax ourselves wealthy nor spend our selves into prosperity. I know, that’s a radical thought.
I don’t believe in situational morality. Another weird concept. I understand there is a higher power. If that is right wing, then color me right. Color me in the extreme of these concepts. I’ll be extremely right if I must.
It has become very noticeable lately that the Grauniad has been censoring nearly all sceptical comments.
It was only a few weeks ago that I was pointing out how many of the comments there were, to my surprise, dismissive of the Graniaud’s warmist stance.
Obviously the powers that be have decided that if you can’t beat them, censor them.
..censership and stitch-up

IPCC forecasts from 2007 of more precipitation in winter at higher latitudes in a warmer world? I wonder what precipitation tends to fall as during winter….snow or rain
Ah there I go again thinking inside the box and looking up facts.
That coincides well with all the droughts predicted. http://www.drought.unl.edu/droughtscape/2007Spring/dsspring07-IPCC.htm
Too, bad we thought up drywet before they did, they could have come up with another Nobel prize!
Let’s see……climate change means its going to be wetter and dryer and warmer and colder. Next, the frequency of weather events will change, either more or less!
I use the same formula at the roulette wheel. I never lose! I bet both even and odd and red and black! I’m right every time!!!
Dear Cthulhu,
are you really rhe best that $7.00 per hour can buy?
Pfft.
$7.25 unless based in a state like Washington that has a min of $8.67 for those older than 15. 14 and 15 year olds may be paid 85% of the minimum wage but are subject to other youth labor laws that would restrict the hours on the job!
The IPCC’s same 2007 forecast was for warmer winters.
In 2007 they predicted warmer winters and more precipitation.
That doesn’t explain all of the record low temperatures.
“The ensemble mean of the MMD models projects a generalised warming for the entire continent with the magnitude projected to increase almost linearly with time ”
http://www.ipcc.ch/publications_and_data/ar4/wg1/en/ch11s11-5-3.html
The “facts” are, there has been no linear warming in over a decade now.
The “facts” are, the exact opposite has happened, and new record low temperatures have been made all over the NH and SH.
NH and SH is the entire globe for the slow………………..
You are Cherry Picking because you failed to take into account the Equator. With Global diversity the Equator needs to have its own identity so you can not lump it in with those bullies the Northern or the Southern Hemisphere. They just want to take over and do not give the Equator any respect. 😉
Lattitude:
They also read the model output that showed -40 rather than -20 and with 40 being a larger number they thought it meant warming as the sign does not matter in climatology.
latitude says:

———————————————————————-
They’ll fix that in their next report. Now they will say to expect more record cold and snow from global warming.
And BTW, global warming believers who appeal to the IPCC as scientific proof for global warming need to note the IPCC prediction of warmer winters was wrong.
Hey, Cthulhu, is that the consensus the warmist have, their puter modles as mention in the IPCC AR4 link you provided? Because the words uncertainty and consensus show up a few times in that report when refering to the Models.
Or are they like the Met Office Initial Assessment of Risk for Winter 2010/11, as shown here. HAHAHA!

IPCC forecasts from 2007 of more precipitation in winter at higher latitudes
In reality, snow is covering down to lower latitudes. The IPCC is wrong once again. Do you understand how latitudes work? Do you understand why it was foolish for you to tell people about something the IPCC said for proof of global warming when that thing they said isn’t happening?
Well, that may be what the IPCC report says, but a quick look in the box of facts called a google search tells me that it snowed in Louisiana in January 2011. I’m not sure which globe you or the IPCC uses, but where I’m from, the deep south of Louisiana doesn’t count as a ‘higher latitude’.
Did the IPCC report also predict more precipitation at lower latitudes? Or less precipitation. Or both more and less precipitation, more and less heat, more and less cold, and more and less hurricanes. About the only thing that the IPCC doesn’t predict is it’s own demise, which is probably the only thing that will come true.
That “prediction” was for 2080 – 2099 genius.
On related notes…….
http://www.foxnews.com/world/2011/01/27/does-agency-pricey-green-job/ ….oops, now that’s a shocker…..
Heard on the radio on the way home today, GE, Conoco Phillips, and NRG have joined in a $300 million venture for renewables(wind, solar, and non-food bio specifically mentioned). More of the evil oil money, taken right out of the skeptics hands!
Rats, ship, enough said. printed by the warmist bible the Grauniad;

Ya, those funny people, saying cold and snow means it’s cold and snowy and not warm and rainy. Bunch a weird birds.
As G.R. Morton points out, back in the 70’s, wetdry and warmcold was proof of global cooling.
In the late 60s and 70s it meant you found some really good “STUFF”!
It is possible the Climatologists are going through a Retro 70s thing and having flash backs to earlier “Trips”.
I think I know how to end this thing once and for all.
I’m going outside right now to shoot and stab the planet.
Once the planet is dead, we won’t have to argue about saving it any more.
Big oil is first in line with their hands out, ready to grab additional billions of R & D dollars for “alternative fuels”. Do you think for a moment that they would ever be left off the gravy train?

Since when did truth vs. lies become a political statement?
