Remove the CO2 enforcement, and keep the Clean Air Act. A simple choice, but beyond the comprehension of those of Joe’s ilk.

    Total baloney.
99.9+% of all solids are scrubbed from coal and petroleum reactors. Cat. converters remove it from cars. Dioxins main source is natural, from volcanoes. So are heavy metals—people should evacuate hawaii at once (not to mention the most toxic gas known, hydrogen sulfide, spewing from the Maunas or Kilaweas as we speak).

By expressing things in tons, everything looks big. 390,000 tons diluted in air is close to below detection limits.

However, we are now able to detect parts per quintillion, even atoms of things, and then just multiply by the total atmosphere, and we come up with—you guessed it—tons of xyz.

Salt water spray also contains those elements so they need to move everyone at minimum one hundred miles away from the oceans and declare them environmental hazard locations as well as 500 miles surrounding any geothermal activity such as Lassen, Yellowstone, Mammoth Lakes. Hawaii must be evacuated ASAP to save the children along with California and the entire east coast!

  3. The EPA exists for what again?

remember, it’s all because of Nixon

Yep as if we do not have enough to undo with the Dems in charge, we also have to undo the Repub nonsense. Remember Justice Souter, Dbya’s profligate spending etc. etc. That latter was started by Reagan “painless tax cuts a win win for all” sort of sort of like Clinton proclaiming that BJs are not sex.
These sorts of re-definitions might make one temporarily feel their political oats, but fully expect your opposition to take them where “no man has gone before”.

To fine people if they pollute; nothing to do with actually reducing pollution.

  4. Baghdad Romm, toxins are fuming from his website. It must be closed down to save our children. The internet would smell better too.

Good catch! All the graphs on that page show improving air quality since 1980. Never let the facts get in the way of a good strory.
