Snow in Lebanon, shhhhhhhhhhhhh don’t mention USA
No, not record cold here in northern Japan (Tohoku) where I have lived for the past seven years. In my town we average about 12 metres of snow per winter, measured as fresh daily accumulation. This winter will be slightly above that. Nothing unusual here, move along.
Temperatures across much of Japan are running 10C below normal.
