Washington DC blizzard which forced an early end to the Copenhagen global warming negotiations
This December, the annual UN climate boondoggle will be held in Cancun. That seems like a better choice than Copenhagen for a number of reasons.
1. You don’t want global warming negotiators to be freezing. Putting them in a warm climate in December makes them think that the Earth is heating up.
2. Copenhagen was not a top choice for a December vacation, not withstanding the fact that the local prostitutes offered their services for free to climate negotiators. (Their professions share much in common, with the difference being that the climate negotiators don’t actually do anything useful.)
3. World leaders flying into Copenhagen today to discuss a solution to global warming will first face freezing weather as a blizzard dumped 10 centimeters (4 inches) of snow on the Danish capital overnight.
