“So when does Seal Unit 6, or whatever it’s called, drop in on George Bush? Bush was responsible for a lot more death, innocent death, than bin Laden. Wasn’t he, or am I wrong here?,” liberal radio talk show host Mike Malloy said on his show Monday evening.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

From the halls of Montezuma, to the shores of Tripoli….etc. etc.
The right (political) makes might its tool of policy and enforcement since the days of the Barbary coast, through the bombing of Veracruz to the suppression of the Philippines independence movement to negating Guatemalan and Honduran democratization and on and on…
US history and its foreign relations are naught but military maneuvers and the killing of innocents. That a “liberal” try to horn in on that gig, why how dare the sheep look up and grin with sharp teeth!
Just as wrong, just as immoral and just as stupid, but typical.
Is Guatemala part of the US?
The way that Truman, Ike and the Rockefeller/United Fruit Co. treated it, it must have been….oh no, wait, they haven’t bombed or sent any death squads in on US soil (yet), have they?
I am sure that Pol Pot, Mao and Stalin had guilty verdicts on all those millions that perished while they were in power.
They are just another part of the problem, no matter how effective their “solutions” turned out to be.
When the right is in power, they seem to have a moral compass that at least leads to reasonable outbursts of power, based on some semblance of morality and pity for the fellow man.
When the left has the reins of power, there is little restraint (or else any restraint is governed by an adverse outcome, e.g. bad polling numbers). Hence the actions of leftists like Hitler, Mao, and Stalin, who hold the records for horror. This is why the left is so rabid about the assassination of bin Laden. The exuberance is tempered by nothing, no moral restraint because there is only the ends justifying the means. When the Pandora’s lid is off, watch out!
So I am not surprised that this ass*ole is so uncouth. He’s probably desperate for an audience, and is following the model established by another talentless liberal, Keith Olberman, so that at least he can garner a small niche, and survive…
There are thousands of “progressives” just like him; most are at least smart enough not to verbalize. They also seem to exist in “packs” rather than as individuals. They rely on the support of their pack and pack leader; otherwise they are too “shy” to act unilaterally.
These maybe are reasons that the progressives are able to compartmentalize; on the one hand, they seem to be concerned about water boarding and civil rights—yet on the other hand, they are OK with the ultimate, final denial of civil rights. A strange, conflicted lot. We should feel sorry for them if they were not so dangerous.
Since OBL had a “wanted dead or alive” fatwa on him since 9-11, objections raised now seem hollow. Isn’t this how the CIA usually takes care of its “rogue” elements?
So I guess FDR is responsible for all the deaths of Americans and of all those that American soldiers killed in WWII.

Certainly for the ones that he hung out to dry in Pearl Harbor as they “guarded” the mothball fleet that was arranged as bait for the Japs.
So some theories go…
And there are the 9-11 “truthers’ that say something similar.
Have you been to Area 51 lately?
Have you read any historical documentation (declassified) lately?
It was just terrible how Pearl Harbor attacked the Japanese fleet on the morning of December 7, 1941.
Cognitive dissonance prevents such logic from proceeding down that path. The left chooses not to remember the grateful Muslim Iraqi women with the purple fingers, who now have the right to vote. They choose not to remember the infrastructure of Homeland Security that has prevented a major attack on our soil. They choose to forget that Saddam Hussein makes Qaddafi look like a rank amateur.
That is the beauty of right and wrong. They can be co-mingled in the degree that suits any perspective.
Khadaffi was pretty much left to his own ruthless devices (if you don’t count a half-hearted cruise missile attack by Reagan) until he started to support that African Gold Dinar monetary strategem.
He should have known better than to mess with the Fed… 😉
Did somebody say something about civility?
Imagine if we start considering how many deaths a president was responsible for in the 20th and 21st century? If they could all be alive at the same time and lined up by order of total deaths, to be executed as Malloy suggests, we would have to go through several Dem presidents before we got to Bush.
And before the Bushes there would be the “Indian hunters” from both sides of the political spectrum. A savage twist on the “Give me liberty or give me death” I suppose.
There were indian hunters in the 20th and 21st centuries? What country do you live in?
His type talks a lot but they are cowards.
