The University of Colorado tracks global sea level based on Topex and Jason. They show that sea level rise rates have declined by more than 50% during the last five years.

    They did use the word MAY. 🙂

    From the article:

    “Global warming theory predicts that as temperatures rise, the global sea level will rise at an accelerating rate. However, this has not been observed to take place on the West Coast (and many other parts of the globe, I might add).”

    The theory is toast. Observations trump theory every time.

    Thanks for the link Jimbo. Just eyeballing it, I see no trend after 1980. Looks pretty flat-line to me.
