Water flowing into the Grand Canyon is now clear and cold, because it comes out of the bottom of Glen Canyon Dam. Prior to the filling of the lake, the water was warm and full of silt. Lee’s Ferry, below the dam, now has some of the largest trout in the world because of the cold clear water. No bait allowed.
