Obama : “one of the greatest military operations in our nation’s history”

Right. Just like D-Day.

They broke into a house, killed four unarmed men and women using high-tech weaponry in front of small children, flew off a few minutes later and dumped two of the bodies in the ocean.

So Obama imagines himself to be a great military commander. Ike must be turning in his grave.

WOW, just WOW! .. I am blown over

  2. Squidly says:

I’m sorry, words completely escape me on this one. I rarely seen such unbelievable arrogance.

It is so bad that even some people that support him will see through it.

    • Al Gored says:

Indeed. Now we finally can see that He is the Commander in Chief we have been waiting for. We are not worthy.

Such a noble warrior-king… and yet a Nobel Peace Prize winner!

And let’s not forget all the jobs he saved.

D-Day … Inchon … Midway … pick almost any island invasion in the Pacific … arggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

    Obama is a douche

  4. Amino Acids in Meteorites says:

It was a great operation. And I am VERY, VERY impressed with the Navy Seals.

But the more Obama exaggerates the more people will be turned off by him. As time passes I am more convinced this whole thing was a campaign trail ploy by Obama. There is just too much pomp and circumstances surrounding his life since Sunday night. He is going on and on too much about his so called accomplishment. I am thinking he was betting this would have returned him to the popularity he had before he became President.

    DOH!!!!

    Nah, nah, nah, nah
    Nah, nah, nah, nah
    Hey, hey, hey……….

Personally, I don’t think that is so smart. Not just for political reasons, but if it were me, I would be concerned about my own safety, if I were to ham this up too much. Already there are groups demonstrating in Europe with very very strong words against Obama. I am not saying appease anyone, what I am saying is, it is one thing to be strong, and another to go hop skipping around like a little 10yr. old girl who just got a new pare of roller skates. I’m not so sure this is one of Obama’s brighter moves. I could see the backlash here blowing up a little bit bigger than he may be anticipating, and not in a good way.

I agree with Steven that Obama’s claim that this “one of the greatest military operations in our nation’s history” is laughable. I would have liked to have seen some evidence that Osama Bin Laden was in the compound, and also some evidence that OBL had anything to do with 9/11. (The FBI didn’t have any – http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/topten/usama-bin-laden). Making the military-grade nano-thermite required to melt all that steel must have been pretty difficult in a cave in Afghanistan.

    • Amino Acids in Meteorites says:

So you’re a 9/11 truther? The steel didn’t have to melt to give way. You people have to drop this ill informed protesting.

      • lapogus says:

Amino – I never said the steel had to melt to give way, I am fully aware that steels loses strength as its temperature increases. But it is mysterious that there were pools of molten steel under the pile. Steel melts at about 1300C. Kerosene burns at about 400C. The hottest possible hydrocarbon fire in air is about 800C. Typical office fires only get to about 600C. There is good video and eye-witness evidence for molten steel, before and after the collapse. NASA also took thermal images of the pile which showed extremely high temperatures, a couple of days after the event. Evidence of nanothermitic materials has been found in numerous samples of dust collected around lower Manhattan. It is not me who is ill-informed, and I was not protesting. I merely pointed out that no evidence has been produced for OBL to have been in the compound, nor has any evidence been provided that he was involved in 9/11. Whereas there seems to be plenty of evidence for nanothermitic materials having been used on 9/11. I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a few conventional explosives used to weaken key columns at basement levels also:

    Obama Sin Laden

  7. Andy Weiss says:

Obama is trying to milk every last drop out of this farce. He may come some day to regret it. Hail to our mighty warrior King!

When Democrats try to play the role of military hero, like Kerry, or that other sniveling nerd from MA who ran against Bush One, it never plays well.
