The Soviet press recognized that capitalism was evil, and was compliant with the government in keeping it at bay. I have a friend who was jailed at age 16 in the Soviet Union for selling a pair of Levis which his father had brought back from the US on a Soviet ship.
Similarly, many leading US newspapers have also decided that capitalism is evil and destroying the planet, and have adopted the same techniques used in the Soviet Union.
It is difficult to defeat communist scum, because they keep morphing their strategy. Now they pretend they are protecting Polar Bears and Penguins.

I’ve been listening to NPR and it seems every other segment has someone saying capitalism is evil and wall street is greed. I guess they prefer the other system where people are left no choice with what they want to buy and the gov’t decides how their money will be spent.
If they were held accountable for the same truth in advertising laws that are required of others, they would have to change their name so that NPR stood for “Nutty Progressive Radio”. 🙂

I listened to that interview on Schiff’s program today. It is hard to believe something of that magnitude (if true) can be covered up for so long, but at the same time I wouldn’t be surprised if it is true. It does make Watergate look like chump change.
